These terms are an agreement between you and WeiCity Labs LLC (“we”), the publisher of Hodi. By using Hodi you agree to them. Meta's terms for Meta Quest and the Meta Horizon Store also apply.

Who can use Hodi

Hodi is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You need a Meta Quest 3, a Meta account and an internet connection.

Free play and subscription

• Hodi is free to download and includes limited free play.
• The Pro subscription is bought through the Meta Horizon Store. Prices, free trials, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Meta under Meta's rules.
• Access to paid features follows your subscription status as confirmed by Meta to our server.
• Deleting your Hodi data does not cancel your subscription; cancel it in your Meta account.

AI-generated content

• The characters' dialogue is generated by AI in real time. It may be inaccurate, inconsistent or occasionally inappropriate, and it does not represent our views.
• Hodi is a language practice game. Nothing in it is legal, immigration, medical, financial or other professional advice.
• The citizenship interview scene is practice only. Hodi is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency, and practice results do not predict any official outcome.
• Scores and pronunciation feedback are automated estimates.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to make the characters produce harmful, hateful, sexual or illegal content.
• Do not share other people's personal information or your own sensitive details; play the fictional character card.
• Do not reverse engineer, overload or abuse the service, or try to get around free-play limits or integrity checks.
• We may limit or suspend access if these terms are broken.

The service

Conversations and scoring need our online service. We may change, add or remove scenes and features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
